I thought the whole reason to access the public markets was to:

1) access capital for growth
2) access capital for debt reduction
3) access capital to allow the inside early investors to cash out.

Anyway you shake it someone is selling stock. Now I agree that the stock should not be used to just fill someones pockets and that is what I like about this company is that it has real people doing real work selling a real product. But it will need capital to play in the world they are playing. In my humble opinion.
