My take on dishing out of cheap shares is what I see as business as usual "insiders get the lions share". If you are the one the creates a situation then you should be the one that benefits most.

If the shares are indeed held by insiders then selling into this rally is unlikely but WHO KNOWS? They think they have 100 million if you were them would you sell now? Anyway predicting overhangs is better done by others, not me.

I am taking some of the PP though, so I guess I am bias.
