You bet there is something fishy going on. Remember GH is paying JV $17,000 every Fri for his franchises. Yet JV STILL can't pay his creditors,call center employees,executives, rent on building ,taxes and the list goes on. Me thinks we were all taken for a ride. If Garland has money why unfinished store shells? Won't suprise me if the whole gang of them go to jail. IMO
