Mr. Berman,

I owned 40,810,000 shares of RSDS bought at an average of .001/share = $41,810 that I’ve handed to you in good faith. In return, I now have 8,362 shares of RUSL at .013/share (last trade) = $108.71. In one year after listening to you tell me about your strategic plan and the need for patience,,,,, as well as numerous PR’s promising things that were never going to come to fruition, I now am left with $100. That’s right,,,, from $40,000 to $100 in one year. It appears that you certainly had a plan and it didn’t have anything to do with the success of Russell Industries. I also put up with listening to you blame everyone except the man responsible for being the custodian of the shareholder’s interests. It is time that you come clean and understand what you have done financially to a group of people who believed your words and gave you the benefit of the doubt along the way, only to find out that your apparent intentions were to systematically empty our wallets. We watched and hoped that the price would go back up, while you did everything in your power to sell a worthless stock to new unsuspecting investors. It never had a chance and neither did I after I made the biggest mistake in my life and invested in this dishonest and fraudulent company. IMO

The day will come sooner than later that you will not be able to perpetrate this kind of act on other gullible and naïve individuals.
