Good news on the processing plant and an explanation for the company not starting to process the hard rock when the cost will be zilch now that they own a processing plant. It seems that Petty has made a good connection with the World Bank affiliate and seems to think they will provide money to the company to aid economic development in Argentina and Bolivia.
