HEY...this is GREAT NEWS !
For all the people nekid shorting the HELL out of this stock.
This deal ONLY cost us 12% (aprox) of our market cap !
AND it means that 50 MILLION SHARES will hit the market in the
next three years...these are unissued shares. That means they
come out of the A/S. Not sure what that is just now...I'm kinda
afraid to look. But it will delute our O/S by just less than
10%.

PS...I feel like I'm falling backwards off the ledge and I'm
flailing away tryin to grasp at ANYTHING that will keep me
from hitting the pavement but the curtains are drawn, the
window is closed and the pigeons at my feet are...laughing.

NO...I dont' want a complex explaination at how this will
be good for us in ANOTHER FIVE YEARS.
