Mortin called me back and said that both lawsuits together total around $100 million and he told me to keep in mind that the shareholders don't get anything until all their creditors are paid . I asked him how much they owe and he said currently it's around $125 million.

Seems like they have quite a bit of debt, there might still be a play here but I'm too new to trading to see what it is. This one is too "Ify" for me right now.

Mortin had been out of the office for a few days and didn't start returning calls until yesterday afternoon so we were kind of all flying blind here for a few days,not a lot of info. GLTA
