Gibber - ST has a "private" site for which he doesn't charge anything. He can do with it as he chooses. You can have your own blog and do whatever you want with it as well.

To my knowledge, his site has nothing to do with NNRI. He has a "consulting" contract with the company to perform certain services. He is not an "employee". NNRI is NOT his "employer". NNRI has no vested interest in his private website. I don't know if that contract is still in place, what the time limits are or anything else. But it is irrelevant to your complaint since the site does not involve the company.

You, as a private citizen, want access to someone else's private site. That is your complaint! Please, do check with legal counsel before you go throwing fits on the internet making unjustified and unfounded accusations regarding legal issues.

There are others, like myself, who value Stock Tiger's comments not only on this stock but the many others he follows.
