Well, the people I brought into this stock that I know personally, (Family & Friends), "Before VP Sharon Bishop Quit" I had two different shareholders, (Family & Friend), call the T/A and the T/A told them that all the T/A needed "FROM MICHELEX", was a phone call, email, or written US Mailed letter, From Michelex to Colonial, giving Colonial Transfer "PERMISSION" to give out the share structure to the person Tom G named in the letter,email,phone call. The T/A told us that all we needed to do was call or email the company, and ask them to give Colonial Transfer permission. These two seperate people, one family, they both did this exactly like I told them to, the response they got from Michelex was that they would present it to Tom G and it would get taken care of. The first time we waited almost a month, and got nothing, we did it again, waited a couple weeks, nothing. We did this 5 times total and they are still waiting for permission from Tom G to Colonial Transfer to discuss the share structure!!!!!!!!! I told them to even include whose name their stock was in their address and how many shares they own, in case Tom wanted to verify, and they we totally blown off by him. NOW THIS IS THE CEO's FAULT, NOT COLONIAL TRANSFER" HHHHHHMMMMMMMmmmmmmm What is he hiding??? Thats why I say "GAGGED" because Tom can easily free that info up for alot of people. Now IN MY OPINION, when all the CEO has to do is pick up the phone and call the T/A and say "Go ahead and give the shares structure information out to such and such and he doesn't do this for anyone? It tells me that he doesn't want the ACTUAL NUMBERS OUT IN THE PUBLIC! With all these REG-DEX's, just a wild guess from the looks of the PPS and the extremely low interest by penny traders in this stock, I would bet we have at least a 250-300 Outstanding share number, prob 150-200 Mil Float, Don't even try and quote me on that, thats just my own wild guess.
