Question bout TA:

I know the hourly SAR is a great resource on ins and outs of stocks. But lets take FRGY today, some DIP unloaded at the bid just enough to trigger the sar. Will the market take that into consideration or allow the hourly sar to be a factor. Im curious how when one man effects the chart, how that effects the market.
