I'll say one thing about the PR from this past summer first, Tom said he was going to hire an IR Firm, but instead he hires a shareholder from this message board!!! I'm not saying anything negative towards Gary, but he IS NOT an IR Firm. He may have some experience in that field as I have had, but when a multi-million $ company says "IR Firm" you expect them to hire "A COMPANY" that is operative in the Market and has a following of Investors they can swing our way. Just another notch of incompetence in our CEO's belt. No offense meant Gary, Hope we'er still friends? LOL
As Far as the last PR? What did it say besides fluff to some angry ears? It seemed like something for Tom to put out to keep the natives from tearing down the house. He did not address one issue from last summer, A/S Reduction, Ungagg Transfer Agent,(which I know hes been getting calls on), the 15 Mil in financing, (which I heard ran off with someones 50G's, why did'nt he address anything specifically? All he used was broad statements with no info we could research, nor did he explain why these things are not happening, he just blamed it on market conditions which is the lamest excuse (old trick in the book).
He did not provide one single new detail the we could research, nor give any open & honest reason why nothings happened yet, or explain why the PPS is in the toilet. It takes a Man to stand up and say to the world, "THE BUCK STOPS HERE" "I'M THE CEO THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED" "THIS IS WHAT WE ARE DOING ABOUT IT" instead he hides behind the forward looking statement clause, gagged T/A, and words like "WE EXPECT THIS, WE EXPECT THAT" We have been hearing this same stuff for over 3 years now?
I'll tell you what, having his Transfer Agent Gagged for well over 2 years now is one of the big reasons new money is staying away. You guys that still call Tom need to be shouting it to him, "UNGAGG THE T/A NOW!!!" Why it's gagged in the first place I do not understand one bit.
