Mr.Parker does NOT have to answer those questions, period.
He has never had anything to do with that company or it's assets or it's people. If you are looking for answers to those kinds of questions then you are on the wrong board.

So by analogy, if Jeff Raikes replaces Steve Ballmer as Microsoft CEO, Mr. Raikes would have no business discussing anything with shareholders that went on during the Ballmer days.
