Ask Steve to give you the info on his failure with the Japanese (Quench Water) and Sunset Health or Bob Simpson of Xann Corp. who he owes a fortune. He tried to sell 72.25% of Impact Beverage to Diversified Financial Resources but failed because he could not provide auditable financials for DD.
