TheRaveninexile- These 'trials' are by and large

irrelevant. Xechem India can never belong to Xechem Int, and Pandey will likely be awarded a chunk of cash over his untimely departure.

Swift is just cleaning up the loose financial ends to put a nice story together for all concerned as to why XKEM (the stock you own) failed.

Since Nicosan isn't selling in Nigeria as is evidenced by the lack of revenue to support interest payments on loans, something has got to be cut loose, and guess who it's going to be?

I would love to hear how you think Xechem Int is going to survive while being in default to it's lenders?

I think most people are getting tired of Mr.Iretiolu Oniyide's tales of millions of pills and millions of sufferers to the Nigerian press. To date nothing this, ahem, gentleman has alluded to has come to fruition. He did manage to hold a protest rally with a few Nigerian nationals, sponsored by, ahem, Xechem Nigeria to petition the Nigerian government. I wonder if they got free Nicosan, or cash for their collective effort?

There is a new chapter to be written here, and if you've followed the story without any preconceived hopes of lining your pockets, you'd know the chapter to which I refer :)

I don't think anyone is actually expecting anything pleasant with the intial post trial 8K's to begin with. There are issues that have to be taken care of prior to the announcements of anything positive.
