yardarm, Investing is a gamble. I don't dispute that fact. Treasure hunting is probably more of a gamble then anything else. If you go back far enough in my posts, you will see that I mentioned that more then once. I would have no problem with DPBM or any other Treasure Hunting Company going out and giving it their best shot and NOT finding any Treasure. This is a hard Business and it is difficult to find ANY treasure wreck.

My problem from the beginning is that DPBM doesn't tell the truth in its PR's. People invested their money based on those false or misleading claims in DPBM's PR's. That is where I have a problem. Tell the truth from the beginning and then if you don't succeed, as least you can say that you tried and failed. Don't base the companies future on things that aren't true. At least that way if the company fails, you weren't taking investors money on false pretenses.

Just my opinion.
