F'ck no. They just had Jack Bogle on CNBC, the U.S. treasury used to have $850 bill. in reserves, $400 billion has been commited to fighting the hoiusing/credit mess, half the U.S Treasury has evaporated in 6 months. The Fed;s hands are tied after today. (JMHO) CHUBBIE
