me too!! i am waiting for a reply from a attorney friend of mine that understand the litigation side of things. he did say that its very possible and legal that through all this time, the shell as some call it, rmained where it belonged while being dormant through long proceedings. now that things are going again, the shell is in place as before and away they go!! probally one of the reasons morgan stanley is still holding 8 percent. if this is confirmed today,, oh boy.

z, or anyone here, have you you talked to morgan stanley yet?
