you guys need to look deeper into just that one report posted on here. this guy has been involved with many companies as the securities counsel. i am not supporting or bashing him, but go to www.rule144solution.com/resume.asp and look at his resume, then google his name. then google his name without the esq., find all of these companies and google them.. I think i found 4 or 5... and do you own dd on them, make a decision based on info taht you find. just reading one of his past engagements is not sufficient to judge this guy. he has been around for a long time, research what he has accomplished/screwed up. maybe see why his bar in goergia is inactive. these are just my suggestions. but you will be way more successful if you do your own homework.

also read up on the other guy (mark gould).

sorry for the long post, i just want people to realize that someone is pointing out a potentially bad chapter in this guys life and making a decision based on what someone else has found, when in fact there is more to the story
