Johnzee, you can't "get blood out of a turnip". You know first hand that the company's cash-flow was based on a "our needs come first", model; Not yours, not mine, nor even a "leaky" roof. The real leak was in JV's pockets, spending like a bigshot show-off. There is no money to pay you guys off, not now, anyways. It was spent lavishly and foolishly. And we both know it.
