galary filled bk chapter 11 today. before filling 175 buck was deposit in company bank. had talk with brad long . company paid 20 million to bank and own somewhere around 9 million left. the bank will not left them do anything with the money they put in the company. they going ask the judge to let them put money in ground to produce money . i think the judge will allow this. this could be the beginning of what we been waiting on.
