Everyone take care when trading this one....Cornell is deep in this and they gonna dilute the beejeeezus out of this. Dont get too greedy when she runs.

"Stockholders may experience significant dilution from our sale of shares upon conversion of the Cornell Capital convertible debentures, and there may be a change in control as a result of these sales.

We entered into many convertible debenture agreements that have been amended as of April 4, 2006. The convertible debentures mature on April 4, 2008, and Cornell Capital upon effective registration may convert and potentially dilute the ownership of our existing stockholders. As of September 30, 2007, Cornell Capital could receive approximately 1,062,378,500 shares of our common stock upon conversion of these convertible debentures."

This Could be another SWVC play when they ran it up so Cornell could dump their big sitnky loads. Could be a nice run.
