I think market need no cut here just a statement that economy is improving and we are ready to provide any accommodation if needed.
We would like to see the results of previous measures. Inflation is real fear and we are ready to fight it.
That will take wind out of Oil and commodities and $ could become stronger. Short squeeze can do rest of the Job.

Dreaming with eyes wide open. LOL.
