On a day with no PRs and a drop in price, I may ask why the PPS went down. On a day with 2 "positive" PRs and a drop in price, I would ask why it did not go up. The price can go down on any day, but on a day with 2 "positive" PRs, the expectation would be for it to rise.

You will never get a satisfactory answer to either question, because no one here really knows.
