Valuation is simple

Company revenues last year were approx $7mm USD

Company has new products being rolled out and has done business with BIG players in past and currently.

Minimal market valuation in this industry is 2.1 x revenues. The fact that it has significant growth possibilities with new products would increase the multiple.

Leaving all that aside valuation of 2.1 x 7mm = 14.7$ Million or about 70 cents a share without any growth.
