good morning too!. after four days of suffering I hope we see a green day. One thing I do not understand. Once the merger is completed, the pps will be the R/S of ASWD pps, i. e. at pressent level 35 cent. this will drop (78 mil. shares are waiting) further if they do not have any substantial info and will not be sufficent to move to a higher exchange. In so far the current pps or pps late April does matter. If it is too low there is no way to pump the stock to any higher exchange!
