Note that the 'hall of shame list' is not necessarily complete - ACMG is missing (Alcar Chemicals).

Also, VERY important to note - the only SAT companies that were really suspended (as of a few months back) were the ones suspended by the Canadian OSC. These companies were traded on the Canadian exchanges or dually traded on the pinks and a Canadian exchange (with the possible exception of BHUB, not sure about that one). The OSC has NO authority to suspend trading of stocks on American exhanges - ACMG, for instance, is a SAT company that is still trading and no regulatory action has been forthcoming. ACMG trades ONLY on the U.S. pinks and is a Delaware corpoation. AURC only trades on U.S. pinks as well and is still trading.

Is seems as if the SEC/NASD may be getting around to some house-cleaning on the pinks, but they are supposedly extremely back-logged and pinks are pretty low priority.

I do not really follow SRSR but I would not touch a former SAT client with a 10 foot pole other than to treat it as a flipper and probable scam.
