With Oil and Gas prices being as high as they are now and using the estimated reserves that CHAG holds of 1.6 million Barrels of Oil and 4.1 mmcf of gas...

With oil at $110 a barrel and gas now at $10 mcf, my estimates are over $200 million in reserves. So for a buyout someone might have to pay close to that $200 million which would value our shares, 65 million Outstanding, at about $3 per share...
