It does not have a method of selling stock. At one time this web site http://www.dripadvisor.com/index.asp had a formula based on the 200 day MA when the web site was sold they did a face lift, and removed the formula from the site. The formula was roughly the 200 day ma divided by the stock price. This would give you a multiplier that you would multiply with your normal investment amount. It also did not have a selling plan. Nether of these two plans, provide you with a way of coming up with the additional cash. Nor would they be able to lower average cost quickly in a short lived crash or bear market.
