I like the fishing trip idea & I agree with your comments. At some point he will need to appoint a COO/CFO or similiar who has the background & savvy to deal with this kind of thing while he concentrates on getting the gas flowing, but I tend to give these young/start up Pinkies a bit of leeway until the revenues really start pouring in, then there is no excuse. tlo.
