Am kinda new at this new shell game, so lets say this new shell already has 10 million shares held by shareholders, that puts no money in the hands of new company, or am i wrong on this? New company gets money from all future shares sold? It would appear to me that new company would want a shell with the least amount of shares in it, does this sound about right? Anybody.
