Dear Z28 - I spent my career investigating and settling lawsuits filed for frivolous,off the wall, and money hungry reasons. Suprisingly many times they resulted in $ for the plaintiffs.All the money made by the quick hit pumpers last year was money stolen from investors who simply bought and held.Do the math. If the company offers some kind of reparations to cushion these losses it would be the correct thing to do all around. To disappear in the night, change the company name, and play dumb is a useless as t^&*s on a bull.
Perhaps the company will do the right thing.
However, if they simply do a horrendous reverse split, and laugh in your face, then somebody is going to get hurt. Turn over a rock and even a racketeering and a Rico action can jump out. For now everyone is innocent until proven guilty. When the heat is on, the finger pointing will start, they will roll over on those who got rich quit at our expense. Stay Tuned !!
