Sorry for the delay in getting back to long term holders and all posters on AMGG board.Gerald C.Parker,Chairman of the board of St.James Investment Group called me on my cell phone as promised earlier in conversation this afternoon with his staff.Mr.Parker explained that shares of AMGG will be traded within the next 2 weeks. Also, a pr will be out explaining new acquisitions and the future direction of the company.
Mr. Parker went on to say AMGG bought a CLEAN SHELL.He stated there was absolutely no connection between AMGG and prior owners or management at RGNO.All assets were out of shell prior to the purchase. He was not aware of any entertainment company, leases, oil and gas equip, etc. He made it clear to me that they were not connected in any way to RGNO,prior management, ownership, etc.
My understanding is that St.James Investment Group,Inc is a private investment company based in Palm Beach Florida that consults to both private and public companies. They focus on working with companies with strong market positions or franchise value that need capital to execute their market strategy within capital markets..
IMO they were approached by JOHN C and his legitimate company of 22 years that wanted to go public...I hope this information has been helpful.May I respectfully suggest that you send all your questions to RET who has volunteered to forward those and act as a possible liaison.I made it clear that we would prefer communicating through a pr.I thanked him for his time and he said we would not be disappointed with new developments over the next few weeks..
GOD BLESS
PEACHMAN

PS..many have sent private e-mails to me. Some have shared how much they have lost when they sold.I am aware their only hope is in getting something from old company and management.I ask all shareholders to realize that others still hold substantial shares and pray that eventually this might just work out.
