What kind of new jobs are being created

Know a couple of computer engineers were over 1OOT/year now working as store clerks NOT 100T/year and do not even want to go back into the computer field. Both guys are good spirited and smart and want a better job but as of now really don't see a better path.

Both could be included in the new jobs created in the last few months. My hope is more for them than the market even thou the 2 should conincide.
