catman but...that was back before Katrina rocked my world.
went from retired @ 50 to nearly broke @ 52 ! LOL...
I made the mistake of reinvesting here instead of taking
all of my insurance money and starting over somewhere else.
After I put all my money back into all of my rental properties
and homes that I lost...I found out that insurance went up
400% !! Now I'm stuck holding the paper on a ton of remtals
that I can't sell of charge enough rent on to make any money.
At this point I'm just tryin to make a few bucks trading but
my sailboat is looking better all the time.
If you don't see me around this spring...I walked on my morts
and am on my way to ARUBA !!!!

I mostly monitor Bill Panetta's board these days..don't post
that much.
