This is a Catch-22 question Elder. It's like a fraternity hazing where two guys ask the rook which of them is better looking.
If I don't say anything you'll be all over me. If I do answer you, five or six others will jump on anything that I say. Either way I'm dead.
Having said that, I believe counsel has advised them to be silent until the approval is given, but I can't be sure of that. Also, I believe there is some give and take between the SEC and a company that often takes place and my guess is that each of those encounters triggers a fresh twenty days, or some period of time, but I don't know that for sure either.
It would seem to me that if the SEC asks for clarification on something, the clock would be reset depending on how long it took NVEI to get their response together, and how long it took the SEC to reevaluate the resubmission.
SEC approval or rejection would be a material event and I believe New Visual has to report it. I doubt that they are sitting on the decision. No, with the extra million bucks hanging in the balance, when approval is obtained, I believe we will see a roll out of significant events. All in my opinion.
However, if it doesn't happen that way, then I'll be glad for a warm welcome from some of you. I'll accept an "I told you so" from a few. But ZZ your welcome seems to come with a condescending slap in the face. I don't mind eating crow when I have to, but I'm always selective with whom I eat it.
But, I still don't think I'll be dining on crow.
