Spoke with an attorney friend - he is not the person I have approached to help us here - he does say that that if the bad boys here were an accountant or a lawyer etc.- they stand a good chance of losing all licenses and priveleges to be involved in any business activity- under a sort of temporary restraining order-( much like a estranged husband is banned from going anywhere near his abused wife) - You know our bad boy might look "Cute" in one of those Mc Donalds Manager's hat -"was that a small fry or large fry madam" - you better count your change -haha -jokes going to be on the evildoers here- let the chips fall where they may.
