Yes and no IMO. Right now precious metals stocks are pretty well tied to the ups and downs of the overall stock market. My HOPE is that at some point soon precious metals shares will "disconnect" from the general market and become free to go up even while the overall market is collapsing. This is my HOPE - no guarantees of course.
