As a tribute to March Madness, let me inform you in my best Dick Vitale impression, "This is the penny markets, BABY!" But seriously, Jim Cramer doesn't endorse penny stocks. In fact, he'd tell you that getting into this market is a HUGE gamble. Then he'd tell you to refer to the company's financial records where you'd notice that this company is millions in debt without any forseeable income. No, I'm afraid we're all in this huge gamble together without Wall Street's approval. But keep your fingers crossed! ;)
