Just found out about a new filing PRE 14C:

to make it short:

they are changing the name of the company to :
SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc

and they are going forward with the 1 for 328.72898 reverse stock split of the outstanding shares

I guess thats what frightened some shareholders.
I will read the rest of the filing during the week-end.
