I agree. We need info from both sides. Right now Steve isn't the CEO. I don't have a relationship with the other side yet. I do plan to reach out to them, unless progress this week shows there isn't a reason to talk with that side (if Steve is the CEO again; if the law is on his side and he was never removed). I'll update the plan after the new info I expect today.
