Better question is a valuation by whom? A legitimate company that has a history of supplying the investment community with investment valuations based on real assets? or some fly by night pink sheet company that will say just about anything?

and exactly how does one value Happy Encounters? I suppose they will compare it to facebook or google or some other extremely well known and lucrative website. LOL!
