Hi, good to see your post, alongside all of these other posts... almost a crowd here. This year, I'm on a run that will be continuing through till the end of May. It has been assigning me too much work to allow me to follow -- as much as I would like -- all the IHub boards that interest me.
Anyway, to get to the nub of your question, as far as I know AMNG has various technical and administrative problems to work through, but it could by no means be called "a goner". As things are set up at the moment, shareholders require a good supply of patience, but the company might have all it takes to rise again, Phoenix-wise, into new forms of company life. After previous experiences, it is understandable that management will only wish to release news once the news is there and achieved, and truly ready for release.
Just my perception, of course.
