Because of Wilf's poor management skills and lies this company is going down the tubes. I really can't believe people are still supporting this guy. This stock is so diluted it is worth nothing as it is. Now he is going to double the shares and dilute it even more. Why does he need to double the shares since he is selling half the company (KW). This compay is his meal ticket and he knows it, so he will keep doing everything he can to milk investors so he can profit. This is really pathetic.

I personally believe that most of the cheerleaders are Wilf or related to him (family, friends, employees).
