Playersguy, my response per your request…

Ed did not tell me the things he told you about the company needing to increase the share structure further from where it’s at now. He also had not told anyone else what he told you back when we all were calling him. If I had to guess, he is just finding out this info from his attorney.

I simply posted what I was told as I gave Ed the benefit of the doubt because he made it known to me that he does not deal with the share structure piece as such was done by his attorney. I chalked it up to bad communication between the two of them.

Please go back and read again the post I made on this matter below, but focus on the specific piece I cut & pasted below…

This is what Ed told me on that issue…

… As for the share structure, don’t expect the OS to change anytime soon, if ever, if things go as planned from this point forth. He beat it in my head that he is not dumping shares and that he was very sad about the previous reverse splits, but he said that he had to do what he had to do to raise capital. He said that he had friends with lots of money into this to the tune of $300,000 that had lost huge value on their investment. Again, he said that he had to do what he had to do.

I explained to him about what the OS should be versus what it is now for being right under 99 million shares. I told him that it looks like he was selling some unregistered shares into the market to become or enhance the float. He told me that he primarily focuses on growing his company. He said that his attorneys handle all of those things and have been for years. He assured me that his attorneys are “NOT” doing anything illegal and to not worry about that as there are no S-8’s or SB-2’s out there. See post below for a little extra on this topic:

Believe me, I asked enough questions where I truly believe that Ed should have told me what he told you, but he didn’t. I think it was just as I mentioned above with his attorney doing things and Ed finding out later. For whatever reasons, he didn’t tell me about an increase. It’s no ego thing with me just so long as we know now. Yes, my perception has changed a little, but I’m still holding just like you and I am determining my exit strategy.

The potential still exists with GRMU considering if the $10 million deal closes. With him selling such a large amount so soon into the news, it makes you wonder how much does he really believes in his own $10 million deal. Heck, if I were the CEO and knew that I had a $10 million deal about to close, I wouldn’t be selling a single share at these levels.

I think Ed told me at the time what he knew, or thought he knew. I think it might have surprised him that the OS had changed because during our conversation, he really had believed that the OS was slightly under 99 million.

Heck, he had to have thought such because he had just put out a PR about such a couple of days ago before finding out. The OS increase is not that bad considering if he stops and allows it to breath.

Bottom line, Ed should know better than to put out a PR saying that your OS is slightly under 99 million then 3 days later it’s confirmed by the TA that the OS is 60 million shares greater. Then you place a gag back on the TA. This creates a perception that is not even debatable.

I had great conversations with Ed before in the past and I have always felt that he was straight up, but the perception would have looked much better if he would have simply PR-ed that the OS was slightly under 160 million shares with plans of having a fully diluted OS of 238 million shares. Heck, still, 238 million shares is not bad at all for an OS so as long as he comes through with what he says, the market will have a forgiving heart I'm sure.

I really think we should not continue beating this dead horse. I think we should accept what he told you and move forward.

Don’t get me wrong; I’m still “pro” GRMU, but when we are on the boards battling the “so-called” bashers, it makes us look pretty gullible and stupid when something like this happen. Believe me, I do a pretty good job at times in making me look stupid and I don’t need any help from anybody else to contribute (LOL).
