Hey Scott...good to see you around. I see that porschy has answered some of your questions. I'll attempt to add a few things I was able to gather from a recent conversation with John.

First of all, I asked him why were using a pump firm instead of FH as I was a little leary of that myself. He explained to me that Elite's role in this was to get the word out to the street whereas FH's responsibility was to handle all media relations. We must first get the story out to the street and the media will FOLLOW. As the street learns our story, we will begin to see new buyers coming into our stock which will of course have a positive effect on our share price. Once this happens, the media will look at NV as being more credible and that is when they will want more information for stories in major publications etc. Let me point out though that it's not the increase in pps that will add credibility. It will be the information they put out that causes the higher pps that will give it to them. John stated that to try and go for the media before telling our story to the street would be backwards from the way it is normally done. He confirmed to me that NV is indeed ready to tell the story and that Elite would be the vehicle by which it is done. Dodi will NOT be calling individual investors by phone. Rather, she will focus her efforts on setting up meetings with broker/dealers, institutions etc. She will also send mailers, fax blitzes etc.

I pointed out to him the fact that we were told at the annual shareholders meeting that NV was ready to tell the story and that I had a hard time believing him when he says we are ready now. He responded by saying there were some issues with Blevins/Shepphard that they found out about very shortly after the meeting that put the brakes on the media campaign but would not elaborate on those issues (I believe out of respect for B&S). I believe him when he says that.

There have been false starts from this company in the past. I believe NV is now ready to start this up in earnest but with their past track record it is a wait and see for me. However, when speaking with John, I really get the impression that it's for real this time. Time will tell and I suspect that since Dodi is already familiar with our story it will only be a matter of weeks rather than months before we begin to see the fruits of her labor.

As for the meetings, I tend to agree somewhat as it relates to going and getting the same information meeting after meeting. However, by meeting management in person, an investor is able to not only hear what is being said, they are also able to read body language which is much more useful when trying to determine what kind of a person each of them is and whether you think they're being honest.

Overall, I feel pretty comfortable about this investment. Much better now then in the recent past. I have been a critic concerning management's credibility and the many false starts but after speaking with John, those fears have subsided. It is now up to them to keep it that way by following through with what they say they are going to do. Time will tell. Best regards, Elder.
