If what you state is true, please explain why the stock traded today as low as .015 and just recently traded .022, down .003.

The fact of the matter is that virtually every university and major school system already has or is in the advanced stages of development of their own "crisis management plan" (and therefore not in any danger of losing government funds) although they may not have ALL the bells and whistles that VRED's system may have.

The market for VRED"S system is probably limited to VERY SMALL colleges and school districts with limited IT capability and it is more likely than not that you will be LookinForAQuarterCent (.0025) before you will be LookinForAQuarter (.25)
