Mr. Scuderi remains working with the company on an identity theft platform, and he was President up until a month ago. Scuderi was involved with two past Carnes shells. The Press Release mentions Signature Leisure, but doesn't mention Carnes. The link does not reflect an opinion on whether the involvement is good or bad, that's for the person doing due diligence to determine.
