SEC filings show 289,095,229 shares were registered for sale on May 6, 2006

1st qtr 06 10 Q showed Outstanding at
May 11, 2006 - 471,507,020

So Bristol has been filing FORM 144 because they have no more registered shares from the May 2006 Registration statement?

471,507,020 + 289,095,229 = 760,602,249 + Bristol form 144 fillings of 12,465,754 = a maximum of approximately 773,068,003 O/S potential without any new share registration filings, right?
