I didn't mean to make it seem that he Dr. Ben is living paycheck to paycheck. And I don't think the BoD has a problem paying him, whether it be in stock or cash...we don't know. I do think that the BoD has a problem with paying his team. Dr. Ben has repeatedly mentioned that he can't do this alone and needs to have his whole team to get things done. At least that is what I have been hearing from the CCs. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. LOL

I think Dr. Ben is a very loyal person and he may just be giving the BoD an ultimatum all or none. I hope this is not the case. Time will tell. I would hate to see the company lose the Doc.
