Now that Garth has realized that this latest pump bs P/R didn't get him a bid you will see big prints by him until he maxes out the A/S just like Olsen did with QBID.

Then he will announce his restructuring and R/S and start the process again. Currently he is trying to re-coup the cost of issuing the monday P/R.
